Combining marks for underlines
This tool attaches the combining low line (U+0332), combining double low line (U+0333), or combining macron overline (U+0305) to every character (U̲n̲d̲e̲r̲l̲i̲n̲e̲). Spaces are preserved without marks to maintain word boundaries.

Is this text copied as a font file?
No. The tool substitutes ordinary letters with Unicode characters. You copy the resulting characters as plain text; no TTF, OTF, or web font file is installed or downloaded.
Why are some characters unchanged?
Unicode does not provide a matching decorative form for every letter, number, accent or symbol. Unsupported characters are preserved instead of deleted or substituted with misleading symbols.
Does the tool upload my text to a server?
